Dr. Richard Parfitt is the founder and medical director of Parfitt Facial Cosmetic Surgery Center and AestheticA Skin Health Center. As one of Wisconsin’s most well-respected facial plastic surgeons, Dr. Parfitt has performed thousands of facial cosmetic surgery procedures since opening his private practice in 1996. Dr. Parfitt is double-board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery and by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. In addition to his board certifications, Dr. Parfitt had extensive training in Okinawa, Japan and Beverly Hills, California. Dr. Parfitt consults with patients at the Middleton (Madison) or Appleton, WI offices or via virtual consultation.

Kally Joy, RN
Kally, RN, BSN is a board certified nurse injector with a true passion for helping people achieve confidence through aesthetic medicine. While under the supervision of Dr Parfitt, facial plastic surgeon, she has undergone extensive training in filler and botox injections. Kally graduated from Winona State University in 2018, with clinical experience at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Kally is passionate about expanding her knowledge in Aesthetics in order to provide safe, beautiful, and natural results for her patients. When Kally is not providing beautiful treatments at the clinic, she is enjoying her time at home with her husband, and 4 children.
